Pet hair and odors
Pet hair weaves itself into carpet fibers and takes real time to pull out, so we price it as an add-on instead of hiding it in the base price. Smoke and lingering odors get an ozone treatment after the cleaning, because ozone works on what is left, not on the source.

Road salt and winter slush
The white crust on Massachusetts floor mats is salt residue. Left alone it dries out carpet fibers and keeps pulling moisture into the floor. Extraction dissolves and pulls it out; a dry vacuum does not. If you commute through the winter, a Full Interior in spring is worth more than one in the fall.
