These terms apply to services provided by Waltham Auto Detail, operated by WALTHAM AUTO DETAIL LLC, at 39 Felton St, Waltham, MA 02453.

SMS messaging terms

Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our services, to book an appointment, and to sign up for our text messaging program. By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18.

Quotes and pricing

Prices published on this website are starting prices by vehicle size and are confirmed at drop-off before any work begins. Ceramic coating, paint protection film and window tinting are quoted per vehicle, because the price depends on the vehicle and the coverage requested. A quote given online or by text is an estimate until we have seen the vehicle.

Appointments and cancellations

• Appointments are booked through our online scheduling links or by phone.
• Please tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• If a vehicle arrives in a condition that materially changes the work needed, we will tell you the revised price before starting, and you can decline.

What detailing can and cannot do

Paint correction improves clarity and gloss and reduces light swirling. It cannot remove scratches that have penetrated the clear coat, and it does not repair dents, cracked glass or mechanical faults. We will inspect the vehicle with you and tell you what we expect to achieve before we begin. We do not guarantee a specific cosmetic outcome beyond what we describe to you at drop-off.

Your vehicle

• Please remove personal belongings and valuables before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Tell us about aftermarket paint, wraps, prior bodywork, or existing damage, so we can choose the right process.
• Vehicles must be picked up during business hours unless arranged otherwise.

Payment

Payment is due on completion, before pickup, unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, credit and debit cards.

Photographs used on this website that are not identified as our own work are illustrative and do not depict a specific customer vehicle or a specific result. Reviews and testimonials, when shown, come from real customers.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Massachusetts law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Massachusetts consumer protection law, including M.G.L. c. 93A.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
