We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Payment is handled in person or through our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

To reply to your quote request and answer your questions.
To confirm and remind you about appointments, and to tell you when your vehicle is ready.
To send occasional promotions about detailing services, if you opted in.
To keep our own records of work performed.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number through our website form, our chat widget, or in person, you may receive text messages from us about your quote, your appointment, and occasional promotions.

Our CRM and messaging provider, which stores contacts and sends our texts and emails.

Our accounting software, for invoices and payment records.

We take reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorized access:

Our website is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit.
Contact records are stored in our CRM, which is password protected and restricted to the owner and authorized staff.
Access is granted on a need-to-know basis and removed when someone stops working with us.
We do not store payment card numbers on our systems.
We keep only the information we actually need to run the business.
